23 Ultra is the extra strength version of 23 Plus cream. The herbs infuse for a longer period of time to provide extra strength relief for muscle and joint pain, soreness, arthritis, inflammation, muscle spasms and back pain. 

Directions:
For use, apply and massage the affected area. Can be used as a muscle rub and balm. It may have a cooler feeling when applied.
