"Sensei" Brown as he is often referred to holds a 7th degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate, 7th Degree Black Belt in Shorei-Goju-Ryu karate, 7th Degree Black Belt "Mfundi" Kupigana Ngumi (African Martial Arts), 5th Degree Black Belt in Okinawan Goju Ryu, 5th Degree Black sash in Wing Chun Kung Fu,  4th Degree Black Belt in Cross N Ryu(hybrid Martial Arts System)1st Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do and an honorary Black Belt in Jinen Do. He is a multiple time inductee in the U.S.A. Martial Arts Hall of Fame and in 2021 Inducted into the Master of Martial Arts Hall of Honors.

In 2010, he began his journey as a Healer. " Baba Kilindi " as he is also known, holds certifications in Natural Medicine, Holistic Wellness , Accupressure for pain management, Reflexology, Holistic Herbalist and Naturopathic Medicines.
